Tim
Ottowitz
Documentary, brand and personal-brand films. Fourteen years behind the camera and in the edit for Google, Meta and Microsoft. Small crew, real light, hard cut.
[01] Statement
I make films about real people because the internet is drowning in fake ones.
Trust is the one asset that keeps shrinking while everyone else sprints toward generated content. A prompt can fake a face. It cannot fake a person who has done the work for ten years and will talk about it on camera.
For 14 years I have worked inside high-pressure rooms: directing non-actors, catching candid breakthroughs, shaping hours of footage into something tight and human. I ask the question that gets past the PR answer, then I hold on the silence.
